Clinical Outcomes

Clinical outcomes measure the value of a particular type of therapy. They indicate a patient’s progress toward functional goals like walking, talking, eating, dressing, and so on. Meeting these goals for the patient means a better quality of life and independence. For us they are an indicator of how effective we are.

For the past several years clinical outcome data has been collected on Dustin’s Paw Assistance Dogs. In 2009 Ovelle (pre-Prairie) was recognized as the STARS therapist with the highest patient satisfaction rating.
